Founded in 2010 to raise awareness of healthy relationships and self-empowerment, The Club @ Marist College continues to create space to share, heal, and support, in partnership with organizations both on campus and within the larger Hudson Valley, NY community.
Meet Moraya Ugwu — business student, founder, and gender and racial equality advocate through Girl Up and The Female Quotient. Moraya shares her passions for using her own experiences to help others, learning from inspiring leaders, and the importance of prioritizing (and being able to laugh at!) yourself.

Founded by April Hinkle & Caitlin Flood, Just Human Foundation is a community effort that collects, stores, and redistributes curated home good donations to families escaping domestic violence in Hudson County, New Jersey.
We love the art and stories of “Flying Edna” specifically the “Everyday Angel" collection. A favorite piece is called “Important Work,” which beautifully and simply describes that it isn’t always what we think it is.
How handmade pasta angel ornaments were our means of giving back to our community this holiday season and how just a little from all of us created a big impact on those in need.
